HI. Im a doctor and I will be going back to work in a month or so and have just started looking for someone to take care of my children. I have a nine year old and a one year old. When I return to work, there will be a mix of duties (mon-fri) some 8-5, some 2-12, and some overnight. The nanny would be required to be flexible and provide care according to my work schedule. The eldest has to be picked and dropped at school everyday and the youngest requires full time care.
