Someone professional, reliable and trustworthy who can look after my son part time in my working hours. Ideally someone who drives and can collect my son from me. Someone who my son would also trust and they would comply with the same rules that I apply to my son at all times. To help with his progression and learning, to be interactive with him and possibly take him to soft play centres.
