We are looking into a nanny to look after a 15m old and a 3yr 5m old on around a 30hr a week contract but there will be more needed on some weeks due to my partners irregular shifts (police officer). Once the eldest starts school obviously it will just be the youngest and school pick up/holidays for the eldest
