We're a small family of three. We are looking for a nanny / babysitter / au pair to help take care of our 1-year old daughter through school time hours, but we are flexible. Although we prefer a live-out au pair, we would consider live-in for the right person, and would help with the cost of English lessons if wanted. A quiet family, we are an archaeologist and librarian, with an interest in politics, world food and fashion, so you will always have polite and interesting conversation in us.

I work from home, so will always be on hand to help or answer questions, but not micromanage your approach to minding our daughter.

Prefer somebody who would be willing to speak to our child in their native language, so she gets extra exposure to culture. :)
