Laura, is looking for a nanny - GL12 Wotton-under-edge for the 10 April 2017

We are looking for a full-time (40h/week) live-out nanny, starting from April.

We are two families who want one nanny to care for the 3 children. The children are aged: 1, 2 and almost 5 (in school).
We are looking for someone who can work for us full time, usual hours are 0745 to 1715 Monday to Thursday and Friday's are a variety of hours (usually shorter days). These are the usual hours however we need someone who can be flexible, we would always seek to give as much notice as possible but sometimes there are last minute changes to our work plans which could include the odd early start at 0630 or slightly later finish time.

We need someone who is compassionate and caring. Ideally someone who has experience looking after two young children. Someone who is fun and loves being with children but also ready to provide gentle discipline when needed. Both families love the outdoors and are passionate about healthy eating for our children (healthy eating in particular is really important to us). Our children love playing silly imagination games, building sofa cushion ‘castles’, building duplo towers, squashing playdough about, painting, planting seeds, playing with buckets of water, ‘painting’ our outside walls with water, feeding the ducks, trips to Slimbridge and Westonbirt and much much more!!

We are happy to agree a fixed monthly salary or an hourly rate and we will pay mileage and costs such as trips out for the children.

We need someone who is OFSTED registered or who is happy to start the registration process as we both pay into childcare voucher schemes.

You will need your own car and business insurance. We would need to see your original DBS certificate and you must have a recent first aid certificate (for an attendance course not an online course). You would also need to provide a full CV and provide at least two references who can be contacted by phone.
