Seeking childcare overnight few days a week

I have 3 boys, aged 8, 4 and 1, I work nights and have been working from home, my work now require me back in the office but I am not sure how I can get childcare for the children in those times. Hoping someone may be able to help, i live in kibworth near market harborough and my work office is also in kibworth so I am close to home incase of issues.
