Hi I'm in need of a nanny to look after my year and a half old girl. I work in hospitality so my hours change from week to week and day to day e.g 9am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 9am-10pm. This can change from week to week (weekly rota). At this moment in time I am working 6days a week and I'm a single mum. My little girl is a great little thing, polite and caring, don't get me wrong she can be naughty but with dealing with it right she'll stop and apologise. I'm pretty desperate but I do want the best for my little girl, this means before being left with my child I wish to interview you alone, expect references, and will watch how you and my daughter interact. I know this seems anal but I just want the best and don't want to put my little girl in danger. I promise I am easy going. Please help thank you
