Presentation

My son will is currently in a nursery and would be moving to a new class by his birthday. I am dissatisfied with the high ratio of supervision to baby and we am concerned he will not get the attention he needs. He will be turning 1 in August. We are looking for someone with experience and education in baby and toddler development, someone with patience and of coarse someone friendly. A one on one situation is not necessary however I would prefer a rational of no more than 4 to 1, though 2 to 1 would be ideal. We would need care Monday through Friday, from 0730 to 1600.
