Hi,
All new to this but think the most appropriate type of childcare for our 1 year old child is a 'live out nanny' although help with suggestions would be great.
Myself & my husband work different shift patterns including nights & weekends .
On average each week we require childcare between 5 & 23 hours. This includes some morning periods with a 0600 starting time, afternoons with 1330 starting time & nights. This is why we think the best suggestion is for our son to be looked after in our home so that he can keep to his bed routine.
