Seeking experience nanny to look after 3 children

We have 2 boys aged 9 and 6 and 1 girl age 3. The role involves picking them up from school and Nursery and looking after them till parents come home. Working hours are 3:30pm till 7:30pm Mon-Fri. Duties include:

School pickups
Meal preparation
Assistance with Homework
Bedtime routine
