Presentation

I need someone to pick up my children/ watch them at my home and put my eldest boys out to school, then look after my wee ones during the day and obviously wait for eldest boys coming home until we come back from work. So from about 7am till 5.30pm.
This is all new to me so please any advice would be a big help.
