The father is looking for a nanny/childminders/ babysitter for his 8 year old son.
The Father (the parental guardian) works rotating shifts 7:30 am to 3pm one day and 1pm to 10pm the next. The son would need to be taken to school for 9am on the days the Father has an early shift; then on days he is working late, the son would need picking up from school and looking after and given dinner until 10pm.
On weekends and holidays, he will need to be looked after from 7am to 3pm ( on early shifts) and 1pm to 10pm (on late shifts).
