Flaminia, is looking for part time childcare - GU1 Merrow for the 21 October 2022

We are a calm and respectful family, consisting of mum, dad, our delightful daughter born October 2020, and two cats. We are a multicultural family and speak two languages in the home, English and Italian. We don't have any family here, so it has always been just the 3 of us, mostly. We need support from a reliable nanny who can create a loving bond with our daughter.

Ideally, we would love for someone to help look after our child for about 3 hours every day, Monday to Friday, in the mornings or in the afternoon after the nap .
We have been applying Montessori principles to our parenting and it would be great if the nanny who joins us were familiar with them, or were somehow aligned with that gentle and empowering pedagogy, and open to implement these kind ways and some of its great activities in their time with our little one.

We would like to welcome an experienced and reliable nanny who can build trust and a bond with our daughter. Someone resourceful, who can find ways to keep her interested with engaging activities and play both when us parents are home and when we are out. Someone happy to go with her for walks in the park or to be out in the garden.
We might need help sometimes with preparing nutritious meals for her too, if possible (and she loves to help with the cooking ).
