Our second baby is due in May so we are currently looking for a Mother’s Help (live-out) to help us with our 20 month old son and newborn baby girl. The role would be contracted for 5-6 hrs a day Monday to Thursday (8:30am-2:30pm though we are not set on the timings so this can be discussed and moved around). The role would need to continue throughout the school holidays as well.
We are looking for someone who is calm, caring, responsible and reliable. You will be working alongside mum whilst she is on mat leave so you will need to be comfortable with that – we envisage that you will primarily be caring for our 20 month old son’s needs but there may be a bit of tag-teaming with mum at times!
The role will include elements of light housekeeping (such as cooking and laundry) though we have someone to come in weekly for the proper housekeeping
Note our toddler (20 months old) has a number of food allergies and hence you must also be comfortable working with this.
