Sharna, is looking for part time childcare in Sidley TN39 for the 3 July 2023

Myself and my husband have a very busy household consisting of 10 children. 7 children are my birth children and 3 are my step children who recently came to live with us. My older children attend primary school and my four youngest children are at home during the day with me. I am a stay at home mum and my husband works a night shift from 6pm -11pm and also travels to Bristol on alternative weekends whilst the children stay home with me.

My three step children have come from a very difficult start in life, their behaviours can display as unusual and they have to be watched closely. This can be discussed In more detail with the right candidates.

My daughter aged 7 has autism and can struggle with her emotions and communicating her needs. This again will be discussed in more detail.

My youngest two children 11 months are twin boys ! They’re walking and chatting so you must be quick on your feet.

We have a huge house full so it’s important that we find someone who is exceptionally patient, understanding and non judgmental. It’s also paramount that we find someone who is able to openly and honestly express any concerns that they have during their time with the children so that we can deal with the situation appropriately.

We have a very unique situation and this can be difficult for us as parents and as a couple so we are looking for someone to come and help me around the house and with the children whilst my husband is at work, away on weekends and maybe so we can have some time together.

We need someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in! You must have the patients of a saint, experience with all ages of children including those with additional needs and a love of dogs ! We have one frenchie called Blu and he’s adorable.

My children are polite and kind hearted and great bundles of love and joy.
