I work in events and therefore have little structure to my working week! I am looking for a nanny who is happy to be flexible and support my family so that the children can continue with after school activities, do homework, have home-cooked meals and feel comfortable at home during the week. I am happy to pay a guaranteed number of hours per week to a nanny who has the flexibility to work longer hours when occasionally needed. Happy to discuss terms to come up with an arrangement that suits everyone.
