Seeking someone to pick up our son from school and look after him

We are looking for someone that enjoys spending time with kids and provides a nurturing environment to look after our 5-year old son. We would like to find someone that would be able to pick him up from school at 15.15 and look after him preferably at our house. Ideally, we would like someone for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
