I am looking for a nanny or childminder to look after my 4 year old son. He is having to finish school early (1400) due to struggling there so need some support with him a few afternoons a week. He is getting support at school as he struggles with some of his behaviour emotionally is younger than 4. He potentially has some additional needs that are yet to be diagnosed so any experience with ASD or ADHD would be preferable.
