I am seeking a childminder or babysitter to help with school drop off and pick up with evening times.

I am looking for someone who can drop off and pick up my son from school and possible to look after him on evenings depending on what time I work till. Also during school holidays if I am at work then I would need child care also. My work varies and being flexible would be ideal.
