I work flexible shifts, so days and times are not set, so requirements are likely to change weekly (although I am hoping to get some regularity to my working week soon).
Potentially I need someone to look after my son before school including taking him to school 4 days a week. And potentially collect from school and look after him until I have finished work, again four days a week. With my shifts this could be until 1700hrs, 1900hrs or at worse 2100hrs (although when I am on the later shift morning care is not required). I am currently negotiating a set pattern at work in order to make child care easier. So hopefully soon will be able to give set days and times.
