John, is looking for a part time nanny in Cheshunt for the 14 March 2016

My 13 year old daughter is a very happy sociable little girl who requires some extra help with everyday tasks. She has cerebral palsy which mainly affects her legs and left arm and uses a walking frame and manual wheelchair but needs help with transfers.

Hours per week:
Between 8 and 12 hours during term time.
Up to 20 hours during school holidays.

Times help is needed:
6:45am-7:45am Monday-Wednesday, to get up and ready in time for her school bus.
3:15pm-7:15pm weekday afternoons, to help after school, earlier during holidays.
Saturdays, morning or afternoon, to go out or stay in and let Dad go out or have a rest!
Other evenings and full/part days, support/respite and trips out.

Special help needed includes Getting in/out of bed, Dressing and undressing, Washing/bathing, General grooming: hair, skin etc, Help with transfers walker/chair/wheelchair, Assistance with toileting. Afternoon/evening may include Preparation and cooking of meals and drinks and clearing up, Changing of bed linen, Laundry and ironing, Assist my 9 year old son home from school (walking), Assist with social activities after school.
