Karen, is looking for a part time nanny in Longformacus TD11

Hi!

My husband and I just moved from Edinburgh to Longformacus with our toddler, Owen. We are self-employed, active people in our 40s working to balance our business demands (we own a yoga studio in Edinburgh) with the needs of our family life as we adjust to a whole new way of living in the lovely but seemingly vast Scottish borders! We are expecting number two in Sept, so the chaos is going to increase :-D and it is clear that help is definitely needed, and soon.

Owen is an active wee boy (aren't they all?) who is particularly keen on his balance bike. I will be working from our home office/studio and will need an energetic person to play with Owen in the garden and in his nursery, reading books and drawing with him as well as getting him lunch and naptime. It would be great to get a relationship established with a fun and conscientious nanny in the next couple of months before our infant arrives.

We are relaxed yet hard-working folks and hope to establish a caring and friendly atmosphere with someone who is keen on the same kind of vibes. It goes without saying that reliability, responsibility, conscientiousness, kindness, and good humour are essential qualities that we'd require from our nanny. In return, we would provide a positive, supportive, reliable, and fun working family environment that would hopefully last for years to come.

Other factoids about us: we are mostly vegetarian but eat some fish. We would need our nanny to do some light housework and meal preparation. Please, only non-smokers apply.
