Contract to start ideally w/c 28 June when we return from a family holiday, but a few days onboarding through June would be very helpful

Hi! We’re Mark and Esther, parents to two little girls aged 3 and 6 months.
We are looking for a warm, caring nanny with a sunny personality and some or all of these qualities;
- Experience with babies under 1
- Belief that routine is good for children, being prepared to learn and adopt our general routine, but you have the experience to know when flexibility or deviation is needed
- You have oodles of creativity for baking, craft, painting and messy play.
- You have experience with challenging behaviour or a low demand approach (yep, we have a threenager)
- A willingness to enthuse about Elsa, Anna and all things Frozen!
- You’re prepared to support our Christian faith – you don’t have to share it

Primary responsibilities of the role
● Getting the girls dressed and ready for the day
● Pre-school drop-offs and pick ups
● Preparing meals and snacks for the girls
● Introducing Phoebe to new foods
● Supporting us as parents to gradually improve Annabel’s fussy eating
● Enabling me to continue breastfeeding until P turns 1 – bringing the baby to me at set times until solids/milk from a cup is established (may take 3 months)
● Playing with the girls, giving them fresh air and exercise each day
● Nursery duties
● Light housekeeping duties including girl’s laundry and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy; but we have a fortnightly cleaner, Galina who is wonderful and part of the family.
● Batch cooking healthy snacks/finger foods for the girls for the freezer/fridge
● Preparing a family meal for Wednesday and Thursday
● Arranging play dates for Annabel, especially with our next door neighbour’s little boy Edward who starts school in September.

• Salary dependent on experience, paid through a timesheet system with NannyPAYE
