Our daughter does not have any special requirements - all we need is for someone to play with her, help her learn, feed her, and change the occasional nappy! If you are 100% engaged with her, she is generally content!
Ideally, we would like someone for four midweek mornings per week (on my day off, I would like to spend the whole day with our daughter) - but the specific days could be open to discussion.
There would also be scope for additional afternoon/evening babysitting on an ad-hoc basis.
Our ideal carer would be energetic, caring, and committed to providing an intellectually stimulating environment :-)
