Hi I’m currently undergoing tests after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 24, as it’s now supposedly something else. I suffer extreme fatigue and muscle weakness to list but a few symptoms. I’ve given in to partner and began hunt for help. I don’t know exactly how much or what help I need but my housework is getting me down and basic routine getting in the way of being able to enjoy the fun parts of my daughters early years
