My husband works a week on/week off shift pattern and my shifts vary but do repeat on a 9 week rotation which I am given in advance. At the moment I am considering applying to reduce my hours if we cannot find the sort of help we need. We have had 2 au pairs previously. the 28/01/17 : We have 2 beautiful children between the ages of 3-5 who we would need collected from school taken home and made some dinner this would be for roughly 3 hours Monday to Friday while we were at work, there not fussy eater's and are very well behaved. It would be fantastic if an occasional evening would be free either during the week/weekend and overnight its quite rare but would be a wonderful help for us.

I am going in for a Full hip operation and need help with my 3yr Old Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30 She goes to play school 2 mornings a week and attends Gym tots on a Friday morning. she is a very happy little girl who just loves having fun.
