the 02/09/21: We are full time working parents who both work shifts and are looking for help with the children either side of school hours. My husband works a week on/week off shift pattern and my shifts vary but do repeat on a 9 week rotation which I am given in advance. At the moment I am considering applying to reduce my hours if we cannot find the sort of help we need. We have had 2 au pairs previously.
