the 22/07/21: Looking for someone to look after my grandson 5 hours a week, he is 7 but acts a lot younger, he has smith’s syndrome, it’s just to give mum a bit of rest bite, He is a lovely little boy , makes you laugh, he is funny, he can walk but can’t walk long distances can run, ,his speech is coming on brilliant, he understands everything what you say to him, he is a clever little boy, but sometimes he has these meltdowns .
