Penny, childminder in Loughton

I am a mum of three grown up girls who has worked in the Childcare profession since leaving school at 16. I have all the relevant qui locations needed to be an Ofsted registered childminder and many more including a level 3 in Playwork and a level 4 degree in Childcare I love my job and all the challenges it brings on a daily basis. I also work a lot t in the evenings looking after the children I child mind as their evening babysitter. I'm a childminder who loves to be outside and taking the children on adventures and walks. Ever child is unique and needs individual attention to allow them to develop at their own speed and I enjoy being part of their learning journey and help them to achieve anything they put their minds too.
