Ben, licensed childcare provider in Blackpool FY1

Hello, I am Ben and I am looking for work to fit and around my college hours only for a few months then I will be complete avalible I am 19 years of age and have 3 years experience I have all the right qualifications, level 2 childcare, level 3 diploma in childcare and I am currently doing level 3 extended diploma to earn my UCAS point for university in a couple of years, I am bright, happy and energetic, when it comes to being a great member of a team working with children and young people so they can achieve progress and many different skills along the way, I have a lot of experience in playing games with lots of children who all have different needs I am also able to adapt a game to ensure the child that was playing had fun I also have lots of experience in planning activities in a setting with groups of about 5 children aging from 3-6 I am also good at makeping sure that the children I look after have a routine so they are used to smooth running day thank you for reading.
