Laetitia, nanny in Blackpool FY1

I am a French citizen now living in England with my family. I have wanted to work with children since I was very young and have qualifications and 12 months experience of child minding in France and England. I have a French National Diploma covering my study of French, Mathematics, English, History, Geography and Science, equivalent to English GCSEs and a CAP Petite Enfance, equivalent to a level 3 NVQ in childhood education as well as recognised qualifications in Health and Safety, First Aid, Emergency First Aid, Health and Social Care and Caring. I have also completed 12 months work in a French primary school as a Teaching Assistant.

I know I have all the skills and qualities that make a great child minder, not least that I love working with and caring for children of all ages. In France I was soley responsible for a group of 22 French primary students aged 8, leading a learning activity, supervising their recreation, playing with them and helping them with their lunch. My second job as a childminder involved collecting 2 children from nursery and school. Taking them home, giving them their tea and getting them ready for bed.

I am very excited about this opportunity to work with and care for children in England.
