My name is Nicola, I have recently completed a childcare/early years course (CACHE Level 3 Diploma) at the Thomas Hardy Sixth Form. From a young age I have been interested in pursuing a career working with children, and it is a profession that I am ideally suited to. I am caring, enthusiastic and reliable and am passionate about all aspects of childcare. I have found my course an excellent grounding for my future career, as it has included placements in a variety of settings, all of which have been interesting and rewarding. My ideal career choice is to work with children within a home setting, as I particularly enjoy working in a family environment. From my experiences to date, I find working with children from newborn to 10 years old is where I would like to specialize.
