My name is sian and I am 24years old. I have my own child of 2years. I currently work in a nursery setting and have charge of a 2-3years room. I have worked in the childcare industry for 6years and hold all types of qualifications including NVQ3 in childcare learning & development. Managing behaviour. I'm just ready for a change and would like to take care of a family outside of a nursery setting do that we can experience all of the learning opportunities in the outdoors. I am a very much outdoors person and am always looking for something to do. I am looking for 20hours and I would be putting my child into nursery whilst at work so he's still getting his education. There be be days where I go somewhere exciting where I may want to bring him along aslong as the family I'm caring for is happy to do this. I am approachable organised & very persistent. I do not spoke and I hold a clean driving license.
