Hello I'm jean Ward and have been managing a Pre-School for the last 30 years.I am married with 2 sons.
I have an NNEB in child care, first aid certificate, child protection, behavior management and a DBS (police check).
I have enjoyed my experiences with the children and have loved all that I have done.I has been brilliant.
I have good communication skills and have always provided a nurturing and stimulating safe environment for the children.
I promote positive behavior. I have experience with children with additional needs.
Over the years I have run a Brownie pack and help run Church Lads Brigade. I have been camping with these groups.
