My name is Katie , I am 23 years old and I am passionate about caring for children. I am a very academic women and this is proven through my determination to gain childcare qualifications to further my development. I hold a level 3 diploma in childcare and education, a BA Honours in Early Childhood studies and have recently gained my Early Years Teacher Status. I also have over five years experience working with all ages of children up to the end of primary school, this has been through college placements, voluntary works and paid employment therefore I have a vast amount of experience working with the Early years foundation stage. I also have personal experience of caring for children as I have a seven month old little boy, therefore I know what it is like to be a parent and how much your children mean to you, I always build strong relationships with children and care for them the way I would want my child to be cared for. I am a very optimistic person; I love going for walks, getting involved in children's imaginative play when invited to be and love to be a part of children's learning and development.
