My Name is Natalie , im 33 years old with two teenage boys ages 13 & 14 years old. I have approximately 10 years experience as a childcare professional, working mainly in the Early years sector of childcare. I have loved my job from the beginning, I worked my way up in nurseries but found that my time began to get taken up with paper work and I began to miss working with the children so have decided to work in a different sector of childcare, do the job I have always enjoyed.
I have standards committed to SAFEGUARDING and promoting the welfare of children, a good understanding of EYFS standards. Good IT skills. Posses a responsible, patient and caring attitude, Excellent communication skills, able to work confidently. Having a relaxed and fun attitude when talking to children, Proactive and able to use initiative when solving problems, greatly enjoy working with children and families. Have a fast moving `can do` attitude, an open mind and capacity for innovation, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Apart from contributing to the processes and strategies which enhance standards of teaching and learning, I feel that my greatest strengths are firstly my ability to understand and meet the needs of individual children, their parents or carers. Secondly having a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, and thirdly being able to provide a stimulating, caring and consistent environment for young children to learn and develop in.
