Leanne, nanny in Manchester M60

My name is Leanne . I am 23 years old.
I am a qualified level 3 nursery nurse.
I have nearly 4 years experience working in childcare settings.
I have worked with many ages groups. In my first job as a nursery nurse I worked with children in baby room (0-2 years) for 2 & a half years.
At my current setting I was employed to work in the 2-3 year room. After a month of being employed. I was given a promotion to be a room supervisor then shortly after asked if I would like to be the supervisor of the pre school room. I work with children aged 3-5 on a daily basis & would also take control of afterschool club/holiday club.
I get to know my key children very well & work closely with parents to plan activities I know will keep them stimulated & help them to develop their skills further.
I enjoy caring for children & watching them grow & develop.
