Natalie, nanny - NE21 Barlow

hello my name is Natalie. i live in ryton with my boyfriend and our daughter. I am currently working at a busy day care nursery. i have a level 3 national diploma in childcare and education. i have experience from having my own child and from working as supply staff, bank staff and level 2 early years educator over the past 3 years.
i work as part of a team to provide good quality care for children ages 0-4 years old.
my responsibilities are to keep the children within the nursery safe and secure i help to provide a happy and possitive enviroment in which the children are educated and stimulated.
I also help with any planning activities as and when required. i have experience covering the full range of personal care requirement across the relevant age range from changing nappies to assisting with individual cleanliness.
i am able to use my own initiative when setting out activities i make these activities age appropriate and accessible for all children.
whislt in this role i have become a valued member of the team and have taken responsibility planning and assisting group activities such as the creation of displays, christmas card creation, and physical development activities. I have also put myself forward for futher training and have recently completed a first aid training course.
I am a keen, confident, conscientious, hardworking and reliable person. I am a good timekeeper; I enjoy meeting new people and learning new skills. I can work well as part of a team but can also work well independently. I can adapt to any environment and would like to use my skills to contribute positively to any work situation.
