We are a two parent shift working household with a rolling shift pattern which means our childcare changes week to week. It would be needed to cover early morning starts (0715) and evenings until 1930 depending on the shifts we are working. My daughter also attends two dance classes and when we are working she would need taking to these also. There may also be weekend work and hours to cover any deployment overseas for my daughter’s father.
