Karla, looking for a childcarer - SN8 Beckhampton

I have a 4 year old and a 22 month old. We're looking to establish a regular baby sitter who the girls can get to know. We would normally put the girls to bed before going out however we need someone who is able to settle the girls if they wake, so initially would prefer the babysitter to undertake the bed time routine with us so the girls can get to know them.
