Hayfa, Looking for a family to share childcare with - AL8 Welwyn garden city

Are you a family looking for regular childcare in Welwyn Garden City or nearby? We have an excellent nanny and are looking for another family to share our nanny.

Our nanny has looked after our three children since they were one year old. She has worked for two nurseries (last role was a Baby Room Leader) and before that was an au pair for two families in Italy and Australia. So your child(ren) will be in very capable hands!

Our nanny has a driving licence and her own car. My husband and I regularly work from home and can keep an eye on our children she needs to pop out for a short while. So she could, for example, collect your child(ren) from school, bring them to our home and later send them to your home.

We estimate it would cost another family around £5 an hour for a child to share our nanny during our normal childcare hours (including employer national insurance and pension contributions). It would obviously cost more if she were to only look after your family's children (at least the National Living Wage plus employer national insurance and pension contributions).

Currently our nanny works full time for our family from Mondays to Fridays 8am to 4pm, finishing at 6pm on Tuesdays and alternate Fridays. From January 2021 when our children start preschool, we only need a nanny part time during term time from 12:15pm to 6:15pm.

Our home has a dedicated playroom with glass paned wooden doors attached to a large open plan kitchen with bifold doors leading into the garden patio. The open-plan layout makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids in the playroom or patio while we cook or wash up in the kitchen. It really is a well-contained family friendly home where the children can safely play, learn and eat!
