Karen, Looking for a family to share childcare with - HP18 Long crendon

Seeking a Family to share an existing nanny who is doing a great job. The family we currently share with are ending the nanny share within the next 3 months and are flexible on timing as the Mum is now on maternity leave.

We are based in Long Crendon on the Chearsley road and would ideally like a family in the Long Crendon Area but would also consider the surrounding villages and Thame.

My nanny currently works 7:30am to 7.00pm Monday to Thursday for us. We can consider variations on these hours for the nanny share.

She looks after my little girl who will be 2 in May 15. Erin is a chatty, happy little girl who enjoys drawing, animals and dancing to name a few things. Each week Erin is involved in scheduled activities like Creation Station Art classes and Disco Ducks. We are happy to consider new options that will help with the children's development and be acceptable to a family sharing this time.

We do have a car available for the nanny to use to transport the children. The family joining us in the nanny share would just need to provide a car seat.

Our current arrangement has allowed for 2 days at each child's house a week. This way the nanny allocates half of her time to each family to cover nursery duties, the children's washing and cooking homemade meals. Equally, each child has the benefit of some time in their own home.

As fulltime working parents this arrangement has worked very well for the past year. We are willing to hear other options on the set-up of the nanny share and always believing in discussing openly all aspects impacting the children's care within the nanny share.
