Someone friendly, fun and firm who can look after my children (two boys, ages 7 and 9) before and after school, at home, 2-3 days a week (possibly more). Be able to work til 6.30pm on occasion. Be able to take to after school clubs if necessary and assist with getting homework done. Some flexibility required.
