Charlotte, looking for a nanny - BH22 West moors

We are looking for the right person to collect our 5 year old daughter from school and care for her until my husband or I return from work at around 6:30pm 4 days per week.
We would on some days require our 14 year old daughter to also be collected from school.
We are looking for the girls to be supported with their homework and to be given dinner too. Our 5 year old would like someone who can engage in play with her and provide some after school activities in the home such as crafts, baking, water/sand play, etc. Our 14 year old is self sufficient although will need to be kept from being glued to a screen!
We would also require childcare on Tuesdays-Fridays from 8am-6pm during school holidays, mainly for our youngest daughter although our eldest daughter may need dropping/collecting from friends or clubs in this time and also provided with meals.
