Josie, looking for a nanny in Carterton OX18

I would like to find a nanny to care for my 10 month old daughter Mon-Weds between the hours of 7.45am - 5.15pm. The nanny must have DBS clearance; Ofsted registered, childcare qualifications and most of all experience with this age is preferable. I'm looking for someone caring, fond and understanding who will provide a warm and loving transition from being with me full time to learning to be in someone else's company. I would like to find someone who will accommodate her basic individual needs such a sleep times, healthy snacks and meals and allowing her to be comfortable. Ideally, there will be rest time at home, but also trips to local places on walks, farms, swimming, social meet ups etc.
