Lotte, looking for a nanny in Charlton

Hello - my wife and I (yes, we're two Mums) are both freelance writers. Our daughter is now almost 1 year old and we've been managing splitting our time between working and looking after her, but we have both got really busy now and are struggling. We ideally want someone who can be flexible to come to look after our daughter at our house - we have a nice home with a garden - and perhaps go to the local park for 3 days a week but also to perhaps be flexible to come more often from time to time.
