Emma, looking for a nanny in Chelmsford

Me and my husband will have a complicated work schedule when I return in July, which will mean some weeks we may cross over or be working at the same time, which may mean we are either both away very early, crossing over midday or both away very late . We find out what we are working a month before. We would really love some help on the days when we need it, meaning someone being at our house for 4am till middayish or just 11-2 or 12-midnight (rough guide) . It would solely depend on what we are working unfortunately. Also we have standbys which means we could be called to go to work and have only 90mins and may need emergency childcare if we are both working. We don’t have the support off family we hoped for and would really appreciate if anyone could help with this sort of work schedule. The only days they would be needed is Monday’s , Tuesdays or sundays(if my part time is approved for these days)And would be very part time we hope, however won’t know until I return.
