Chelsee, looking for a nanny in Cowbridge CF71 for the 1 January 2019

Im looking for a childminder who can help provide me with childcare when I go back to work, my new job will be 18 hours per week but will be shift work so my vary weekly, I will however have my shifts 3 weeks in advance. I have 2 daughter's my youngest attend st illtyds nursery in the mornings while my eldest travels to Cogan Primary School, she gets a school taxi to and from school. She has a severe hearing loss wears hearing aids and also a speech and language delay, so she does need a lot of patience and guidance. I will also be relaying on my mum for help if I'm working late shifts so mum would pick up between 4pm and 6pm depending on her shifts which again will be known in advance. I won't require childcare on Wednesdays
