Angelina, looking for a nanny in Digswell

I need a nanny to pick up my two daughters from school at 3:20 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I would like them to be looked after at my property until my partner or I finish work and get home. This is because my youngest is pre-verbal and Autistic and would cope better at home. I need someone that is SEN friendly and patient. I would also potentially like for someone to help my eldest with her reading after school.
