Making a long term plan for flexible childminding. With no family in birmingham needing respite for various commitments and am also hoping to go back to work. Potentially planning to home school. It’s extremely important for me to create a long term connection for my children where they feel totally secure. Looking for someone very attentive to the early years and who has a strong understanding of toddler brain and behaviours and has a gentle approach.
